14-day returns

For online orders, you may tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to return them. No reason is needed. This also applies to sale items. If an order arrives in separate deliveries, the period starts when you receive the last item.

How to return

Use our contact form within 14 days of delivery, or send a clear statement of withdrawal to ZHÉNA, Bacho Kiro 2, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. Please include your order number if possible. You do not need our approval to use your legal right of withdrawal. Send the goods back to this address within 14 days after telling us. Please pack them with care.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check its nature, features and fit. Original packaging and tags are welcome, but are not required to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

Return costs

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost unless we agreed otherwise or the law requires us to pay. For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, please contact us. Your legal rights apply, and we cover necessary return costs where required by law.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of being told you are withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the returned item or proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. For a full withdrawal, we also refund the cost of the least costly standard delivery we offered for the order. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise.

Exceptions and exchanges

The legal right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or in other cases allowed by law. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described. Exchanges depend on stock; contact us to arrange one.
